Flexible Returns Policy

Our flexible returns policy means that if you change your mind about your purchase for any reason you can return it within 14 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price only.

If you were sent your item as part of our free standard shipping offer, then the original postage cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund original delivery charges for change of mind returns.

Simply email our customer care team to let us know and you will be given instructions on how to post the product back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.

We advise that you return your product via Registered Post with insurance covered. DiamondGlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.

Any refunds will be provided via the payment method used for the initial transaction.

CONDITIONS:

Refunds will only be processed after the item/s have been inspected by our team. Returned items must be received in an original, unopened condition with undamaged packaging and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in an unsellable condition, then your return may not be processed or we may only be able to offer you a partial refund or exchange if the returned product cannot be re-sold.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Once your return is received, it will take 1-2 days for our team to inspect the condition of the product. You will then be informed about the outcome. If the conditions are satisfied, your refund will be processed.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.
