Are DiamondGlo products vegan & cruelty-free?
Absolutely - yes and yes!
DiamondGlo's formulations are vegan friendly, cruelty-free and also biodegradable.
What is the shelf life of DiamondGlo products?
DiamondGlo products have a shelf life of 12 months once opened and 24 months unopened. Remember to store them in a cool, dry place under 30 degrees.
Delivery & Shipping
How much does shipping cost & how long will delivery take?
Standard Shipping (takes 2-7 business days after time of dispatch for delivery)
- FREE for all Australian orders
Express Shipping (takes 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for delivery)
- $15 flat rate for express
When & how will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse within 24 hours of purchase.
Can I change my shipping address after I have ordered?
Be sure to send an email to enquiries@diamondglo.com.au as soon as you can with all details including your order number and your updated address.
The more information you give us, the sooner we can try and change your information.
Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line to ensure our team can action this as quickly as possible.
Orders submitted on diamondglo.com.au process and ship very quickly therefore we will do our best to modify an existing order however please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track your order.
Refunds & Returns
What if my order is incorrect, faulty or damaged?
If you have received a product that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement or a refund and will provide instructions accordingly.

What is the exchange or refund policy?
We understand that sometimes you place an order and realise that for whatever reason, you'd like to get a refund or exchange to another product. Our flexible returns and easy exchange policy means that if you change your mind about your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange, credit note or refund.
